We will pick you up from your hotel, and then begin our city tour of Longyearbyen from a permaculture perspective. As we make our way towards Nyben, we will stop at the Polar Garden, and see what is growing there. A meal will be served with locally grown food from the farm, and you will taste food at its peak of freshness. You will see our greenhouse, Lab, and course center and get to learn more about what it takes to grow food here near the north pole.
