This mountain hike will make you discover the wilderness through its history. You will face the huge silent; meet Svalbard animal population and have the best view of Longyearbyen. The guide will pick you up at the agreed residence and drive to Sverdrupbyen where the tour starts. You will have a short presentation on the running of the day; not to mention a few safety rules to know about the land of Svalbard. And then Let’s Go… We start by walking along the mountain which has a bustling life of little auks before we reach a plateau about 450 mas. Then we cross the Moree where it’s time to look on the ground. We can still find some fossils along the way.And the last part is the hardest one; we follow the ridge to peck before arrive to the top at 1025m. We will have a longer stop to find ourselves a sheltered place by Nordenskiold for lunch and to hear the exciting story of the place.This is not a competition hike; but a perfect activity for sportive people who like long day outdoor.
