Spitsbergen Guesthouse is located in the end of Longyeardalen, surrounded by glaciers and mountains. Due to its location, it is the perfect starting point for trips either by snowmobile or hiking on foot or ski.
Inn our three traditional buildings, there are 75 rooms with a total of 136 beds. The rooms are divided into single-, double, and triple rooms. We have also two apartments, each for 4 persons. Each building have its own kitchen, living room, washing facilities and bathroom in the hall with shower and toilet. In Stormessa, you find the breakfast hall, reception and a kiosk with souvenirs. We offer TV and free access to internet for our staying guests. We also have license to serve alcohol. At the reception you are able to sign up for trips and activities such as snowmobile safari, dog sledge trip, glacier walk and difgferant hiking-and boat trips. If you decide to go on one of thes trips, the touroperator will come and pick you up outside the reception area and drive you home after the trip. At this site the shuttle bus for the airport will also stop. Included in the room rate is a big breakfast buffet, beddding and towels. Welcome.

Located in Nybyen. Reasonable guesthouse standard with informal atmosphere. Former miner’s residence dating back to 1946 in south Longyearbyen – nicknamed the ”millionaires’ home”. Shared TV lounge and kitchenette. Breakfast is served on 1st floor.

Overnight stay in workmens huts with a homely and informal atmosphere. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served by arrangement. Outdoors there is a hot tub, which is fired up to order. The town centre is within walking distance.

Haugen Pensjonat Svalbard is a small pension situated at haugen, about 10 minutes walk from the city center, where you find most restaurants, shops,pubs, post office, bank and other useful facilities.
The Haugen Pensjonat has 9 rooms on two floors. Each room is 15 square mtrs and has a double bed and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed. Every two rooms share a bathroom and there is a seperate toilet an each floor. On the first floor there is a big kitchen where each room has it own fridge and its own cupboard. This means you can easily store and prepare your food. The building has wireless internett and laundry facilities.
