What to bring
We recommend that you bring: Sturdy waterproof hiking boots (above the ankle) if you do not have such, we will provide this, hiking pants (soft shell), shell pants and jacket (wind and waterproof), base layers, warm hiking socks, insulating mid-layer, warm hat (like a beanie), warm mittens/gloves, comfortable day pack and a filled water bottle. If you can, wear woolen materials closest to your body.

Important to know
If we need to adjust our planned route due to safety reasons, we hold the right to do so.
There is no reimbursement if we need to.

We reserve the right to refuse you to join our activity, if you do not arrive properly prepared in terms of clothing when we pick you up.
Your safety is our main concern.

Age limits
This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 14 years. All under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations
If you need to adjust your booking, let us know. If available, we gladly guide you on another day of your preference. However, if you need to cancel you need to notify us in writing.

Cancellation reimbursement:
22 days or more prior to departure: 95%,
21-8 days prior to departure: 50%,
7 or less days prior to departure: 0%.

Refunds
We are not able to offer a refund due to route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstance outside our control.

We recommend you to have a valid travel insurance.
