Included in package: Transport to/from accommodation/harbour and sightseeing in Barentsburg. Sightseeing is not included for one way passengers or Drop off/Pick up passengers. Warm lunch is served during the trip. As far as possible, we will take into account food allergies / wish for special food, as long as the columm Allergies / Food preferences in the booking is filled in.
Coffee/tee, mineralwather, alcohol and snacks can be purchased from the bar onboard, payment only by card. Please note it is not allowed to bring your own alcohol.

Bring with you warm and wind proof clothes, scarf, mittens and hat.

The boat is ready to leave the dock at around 09:00
Pickup from the airport (camping) is at 08:10.
Pick up form other accommodations from 08:30.
Accommodations: Gjestehuset 102/Coalminers, Haugen Pensjonat, Funken Logde, Svalbard Hotel-Polfareren, Basecamp/Svalbard Lodge, Svalbard Hotel-The Vault, Radisson Blu and Mary-Anns Polarrigg.
Please be patient as we cannot pick up from all accommodations at the same time.
Weather, wind and ice conditions (normally in April and May) may make it necessary to change the route or the destination cannot be reached. The same applies to the sailing hours. This is no reason for refund.
